Chocolate Almond Cheesecake

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Cream the cheese. Add eggs, then beat in sugar and vanilla. Pour into the pie crust. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until tops begin to crack. Let cool. Melt chocolate over double-broiler and pour over cheesecake, sprinkle with almonds and drizzle caramel topping over top. Chill.
