Maple Grilled Salmon

Combine ingredients (A) and marinate salmon for 2 hours. Remove. Pour marinage into a small pot, add lemon juice and zest. Reduce until thickened. Cool. Whisk in ingredients (B). Preheat a pan in oven until very hot. Place salmon in pan skin side down. Broil on top rack for 8 minutes until edges are crusty and brown.

Serves 8.
