in Palisades West. We are now accepting lot reservations for
Palisades West luxury subdivision in Yelm.Phase I will consist
of 24 lots with mountain views. The architecture will be
timber, framed in the contemporary Northwest style. Lots 1
though 11 will be ramblers or ramblers with daylight
basements. The views on these lots are rear facing mountain
views. Lots 24 through 19 have front-facing mountain views.

We have several plans from which to select and are always
willing to price a plan of your selection as long as it
comports with the architectural style of the development.

A deposit of $1,000 will reserve a lot. We normally ask that
you convert the reservation to a purchase and sale agreement
within 90 days of reserving the lot.
