Sumptuous Layered Salad
A
- 1 head iceburg lettuce
- 1 bunch fresh spinach
- 1 bunch green onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 5 hard boiled eggs
B
- 1 - 10 oz. package frozen peas (uncooked)
- 1 lb. cooked bacon (crumbled)
C
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Cut ingredients (A) into bite sized pieces. In
a trifle dish, layer ingredients (A) and (B). Seal completely
with ingredients (C) and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
Serves 8.
